The Customer experienced the growth phase, and requested expert support to maintain and enhance their Unity game source code. They aimed to implement advanced design patterns and streamline their development pipeline for improved performance and scalability.

The engineers have been working for longer than 18-24 months since then, delivering excellent work: planned and designed specifications into functional game assets; established an effective strategy and development pipeline; designed, built, and maintained efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

The Customer obtained reliable and loyal engineers, who were totally integrated into the in-house teams. After 18 months, the Customer applied Buy-out regarding the Senior engineer from Particles, transferring to a direct hire.
